Club 3 FINALS Date!

Come support SHASTA BLVD at the 2010 Club 3 Battle of the Bands FINALS!  We are playing Friday, April 16th.  Come support us!  It’s going to be an unbelievable show!

FINALS are held at Club 3 in Downtown Minneapolis.  Doors open at 6:30 pm.  Music starts at 7:00.  Tickets are $10 at the door or $15 in advance for both nights (April 16th and 17th).  Buy advance tickets online.

Shasta Blvd. at Willmar Assembly of God- “Blues and BBQ” Men’s Event on 04/11/10

Blues and BBQ:  It doesn’t get any better than that!  SHASTA BLVD will be jamming out some blues at the Blues and BBQ Men’s Event at Willmar Assembly of God on April 11th from 6:30-8 pm.  For more details, contact Willmar AG.

Shasta Blvd. at Veteran’s Park Beach Concert on 06/24/10

We’re playing a concert at the beach at Veteran’s Park in Paynesville on June 24th from 6-8 pm.  We’ll be doing a variety of SHASTA BLVD songs, some classic rock and Christian rock, and maybe a little worship.  Come on out and hang out on the beach with us!  Best of all, it’s FREE!

Shasta Blvd. at Livestock on 06/05/10

SHASTA BLVD will be playing at Livestock for the first time this year.  Livestock is a FREE outdoor music festival with an amazing purpose; to purchase farm animals for people in need around the world with the help of World Vision.  More to come about the exact time we will be playing, but make sure you come out to St. Peter, Minnesota to support this great cause on June 5th!

Shasta Blvd at First Lutheran Church on 04/21/10

SHASTA BLVD will be playing in Marshall, MN at First Lutheran Church on Wednesday, April 21 at 6:30 pm.  We can’t wait to see all of our friends that we met at the LYO Conference in November, and to see a lot of new faces too!  We’ll put on an awesome show for you all and can’t wait to hang out!  See you in April!  Yeah Marshall!!!

It’s Official: Club 3 Finals, Here We Come!

We just received word that we made it into the Club 3 Degrees Finals again this year!  We are really excited to have made it to the finals again with such a great group of other bands.  We’re planning on making a few changes to some of our songs for the finals and also adding a few new things to our show, so you’re not going to want to miss it!  Also, make sure you support the Wild Card bands that are playing March 27th to try and win a spot in the finals.  Some of our favorite fellow bands will be playing in the Wild Card: ARMS (A Romance More Sacred) and Boiling Point.  We are hoping they will get a spot in the finals so we can play with them again.  Either way it’s going to be a great end to the 2010 Battle and we’re hoping to see you there!

Club 3 Degrees Battle of the Bands FINALS

SHASTA BLVD will be playing in Club 3 Degrees’ Battle of the Bands FINALS again this year, although the specific date is not yet determined.  It will either be Friday, April 16th or Saturday, April 17th at Club 3 Degrees in Minneapolis.  The bands we will be competing against include Blank Page Empire, Bright Light Parade, Fades Away, Hyland, Mark This Day, These Hearts, and Trans4merZ.  A Wild Card round will be held on March 27th for a chance for the following bands to advance to the finals: A Romance More Sacred, Boiling Point, Love Out Loud, Theresa Decker and Triple Stitch.

New Song at BAM on March 13th

We’ll be playing a brand new song at our 8 pm show at BAM in Benson tomorrow night.  Rog will be the lead vocals on this one.  Hope we’ll see you there!

Club 3 Battle Update

Round 3 at Club 3’s Tournament on Tour was incredible! We were the 3rd band to play out of five, including Boiling Point and ARMS (love those guys!)   The competition was definitely better than the previous rounds, but thanks to all of our fans’ support, we were able to win the night!  We also did something a little different than usual: We did a surprise debut of our song “Johnny Appleseed”.  If you weren’t there, you missed it!  But we will most likely be heading to the finals the weekend of April 16th and 17th, so mark your calendars!  Come hang out with us and cheer us on!
