From a small town in central Minnesota, SHASTA BLVD, comprised of five siblings, began their music career by leading worship in their home church and performing locally at community venues.
Born and raised in California, the group’s name stems from the street in which they grew up. Influenced greatly by classic rock and blues, SHASTA BLVD offers a unique sound to the Christian music world that can be enjoyed by all ages. With a passion for music and desire to serve God, SHASTA BLVD hopes to use their gift of music to show people the hope and joy we can have in knowing our Creator.
A 2009 and 2010 finalist at the Club 3° Battle of the Bands Tournament, SHASTA BLVD ranks as one of the top Christian bands in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. In 2009, the group was able to complete their first EP and was given the privilege to open for Remedy Drive at Club 3°. Since then they have had the opportunity to play at several festivals such as Sonshine and Higher Ground.
